Welcome to Ice Coc! Thank you for supporting our small business. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By ordering from Ice Coc, you agree to the following:

  1. General Information

Ice Coc reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing but reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.

   2. Orders and Payments

Orders must be placed via our website, and payments must be completed through the available payment options.
Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.
If an item becomes unavailable after placing your order, we will notify you and provide an alternative or a refund.

   3. Delivery

Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within the time window specified during checkout.
Waiting Policy: Our delivery drivers will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at the delivery address. If no one is available to receive the order after 10 minutes, the driver has the right to leave. In such cases, the customer will still be charged for the order, as the product is perishable.
Delivery Details: Customers must provide accurate address details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information. Deliveries are only for Newcastle city center based customers.

   4. Pickup
Confirmation Required: Customers opting for pickup must wait to receive a pickup confirmation email. This email will confirm that the order is ready and will provide specific pickup hours.
Pickup Timing: Orders must be collected during the time window specified in the confirmation email. Failure to do so may result in the order being unavailable, and no refunds will be issued.

   5. Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect items or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued for failure to collect or accept delivery on time.

   6. Allergies and Dietary Information
While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as milk, nuts, or gluten.
Customers with allergies must inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

   7. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discounts, and free items (e.g., free ice cream with bulk orders) are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

   8. Customer Conduct
We expect all customers to act respectfully towards our team members, including drivers and staff. Abuse or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of your order and a refusal to serve in the future.

   9. Liability
Ice Coc is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the order.
